Our mission is clear
Highrise Service Group was born in April of 2020 after finding a lack of professional services designed specifically for those who live in condominiums and apartment buildings. Not to say that these services didn't already exist, we found that four major things were missing.
We've invested highly in the training of our cleaning specialist and in the products they use. Keeping both our staff and clients in mind, we use both eco friendly and biodegradable products.
We've implemented security measures to keep your mind at ease. Our specialists are background checked, are always in uniform and carry an ID badge with their name, position and a security code that will verify their Identity and clean criminal record.
Our online scheduler and customer dashboard allows our clients to make changes to their bookings 24/7. Although we've added technology to our services, we still have a phone number that will be answered by a human, not a robot.
Keeping your property and it's belongings safe. We're happy to say that our services are insured, bonded and our staff is covered by WSIB. Keeping your mind at ease.
