Is a long term contract required for service?

Absolutely not. You may cancel anytime. All we ask is for 24 hours notice before your next cleaning to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. 

Do you offer your services to single family homes?

Unfortunately, we do not. Our services are designed for condo and apartment living. As a result, we focus our attention on this market.

What kind of products do you use?

We use Eco-friendly & biodegradable products to ensure everyone's safety. We also have a fleet of top-tier vacuums ready to go.

Do you furnish cleaning supplies?

Yes, all products and equipment are provided at no extra cost.

What should I expect from my first cleaning?

We will arrive at your scheduled time equipment with our products and equipment. Your first cleaning generally takes the longest as we will need time to get acquainted with a new environment.

Will it be the same cleaner each visit?

For recurring services such as weekly, biweekly & monthly cleans, we do our best to keep the same cleaner scheduled. However, if your usual cleaner goes on vacation, calls in sick or is no longer with the company, we will reassign the cleaning to an equally talented cleaner. 

How much does it cost?

Many factors are included in our cost. Such as the number of bedrooms & bathrooms, the type of cleaning and the frequency of cleanings. Please use our cost calculator to get an instant cleaning quote.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It's up to you. Some customers prefer scheduling cleanings while they are away and others like to be home. Regardless, you are certain to receive top-quality cleaning services - guaranteed. 

Can I skip or reschedule a cleaning?

Yes, you can. All we ask is 24 hours' notice before your next cleaning to avoid our cancellation policy. 

How will you enter my home on cleaning day?

We offer a few different options. 

  1. Leave a key with the front desk/security
  2. Provide a door code/buzzer number
  3. You'll be home to let us in.
What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. Please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we'll do everything we can to make it right!

How & when do I pay for my cleanings?

We accept all major credit cards. At the time of booking, you will be asked to provide a credit card. Your card will be saved on file and won't be charged until after the cleaning is completed. We do place a short hold on the card at 6am on cleanings days for the full amount. Once your cleaning is completed, we process the full cleaning fee and release the hold.
