Our History

Before Highrise Service Group, Patrick managed Get It Maid Cleaning, a well-regarded cleaning company. From 2016 until early 2020, he gained valuable experience in the industry, learning the ins and outs of residential cleaning and business management.

During the COVID-19 lockdowns, we took the expertise gained from Get It Maid Cleaning and founded Highrise Service Group. Our focus was clear: to specialize in residential cleaning, particularly for apartments and condos, providing a high level of service tailored to urban living.

Recognizing a growing need, we expanded our services to include commercial cleaning. That same year, we secured our first major contract, marking a significant milestone in our growth.

Hard work and dedication paid off when we were awarded "Best Newly Listed" on HomeStars, solidifying our reputation for quality and reliability in the cleaning industry.

With our business growing, we took the next big step—moving into our new head office. This move allowed us to improve operations and better serve our expanding client base.

Building on our expertise in cleaning and sanitation, we launched JunkAway BioCare Services Inc.. This expansion introduced specialized crime scene cleanup, biohazard remediation, and hoarder cleanouts to our list of services, allowing us to assist clients in even more meaningful ways.
